Who we are
Trace is the waste chain of custody platform from ISB Global, drawing on more than 20 years building software for the waste, recycling and resource recovery sector. We exist to solve a specific, stubborn problem: the disconnected nature of how waste, materials and responsibility pass between parties on their way to a final outcome. Short chains (B2C) are already well served by digital tools. Long, multi-party waste chains aren't. Between producer and outcome sit carriers, processors, handlers and end of life partners that have traditionally worked in isolation, each with their own records, each with their own partial view of the chain.
